The Two Fundamental Directions: INSIDE-OUT;OUTSIDE-IN.

EX-PRESS-ION (expression) or, the 'drawing out' of consciousness - (together with 'Mind-Impressions'); is the very opposite PROCESS  to that of  RE-PRESS-ION, of 'Experiential-Mind-Impressions' -(sanskaras, in Vedanta Philosophy); together with GOD's Very Own Consciousness!

That is, EX-PRESSION is a movement (of 'impressioned consciousness' - (i.e. 'consciousness plus impressions'), in the direction of INSIDE-OUT; ('projection') whereas, RE-PRESSION is a movement, or, 'displacement'  in the direction of OUTSIDE-IN ('introjection').

However, in order to 'draw out' the latent consciousness; and to maximise the FREE FUNCTIONING of consciousness, we must, of necessity, work with, and through, the pre-existing, innate structures of the             human mind; as 'Consciousness Itself' manifests (works through) the MEDIUM of the human mind.

Therefore, in order to 'free-up'; 'liberate', 'emancipate' our (human) consciousness, we have to work within the parameters set by (pre-existing) LAWS  inherent in the very 'make-up' (structure) of the MIND Itself.

This is the essential psycho-therapeutic task: - of  'making the unconscious; conscious.'  This WORK involves firstly, the  PROCESS,  of overcoming the inevitable RESISTANCE - precisely to 'making the unconscioius conscious.'

The resistance in this case, as in ALL cases, is offered by the conscious 'Mind-Ego' in relation to the unconscious 'Mind-Ego.'  In ALL cases, it is the the conscious Mind-Ego that instigates REPRESSION.

It is an interesting FACT that
